1. Choose a quite place or corner
Choosing a place where you can stay alone and no one can disturb you is very important. You can have this either in your home or you can also walk on the garden or any quite place nearby. If you are at home you can either sit on the floor or on the chair whatever is comfortable.
2. Sit on specific posture and maintain it throughout meditation process
And next important thing is to get into your comfortable position. It can be anything like sitting, lying down, walking or standing anything which makes you comfortable.
